Nearly 5,300 people work in the network of adapted companies, which includes more than 4,000 positions dedicated to people living with disabilities.
More than 200 different products and services are offered in eight major business sectors:
- Specialized activities
- Industrial sewing
- Packaging and handling
- Housekeeping
- Office Supplies
- Printing and post-printing

Adapted companies are all non-profit organizations or cooperatives accredited by Emploi-Québec and subsidized by the Programme de subvention aux entreprises adaptées (PSEA). Their workforce must always consist of a minimum of 60% workers with limitations.
In an adapted company, exceptional workers:
- discover a new way of life;
- are accompanied, supervised, and trained;
- come out of their isolation, socialize, integrate;
- contribute to the development of their communities;
- improve their personal and financial autonomy;
- become full-fledged citizens and workers!
